Offering 3 bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, Deer Point Paradise appeals to a broad range of vacation guests. The larger of the master bedrooms features a king-sized bed, deck access, TV, and in the marble-clad bathroom, a very deep soaking tub with a view. A second master bedroom is at the opposite end of the home, also furnished with a king-size bed, en-suite bath with shower, and deck access. The third bedroom offers yet another en-suite bath with a shower, queen size bed and deck access. This bedroom also contains a stairway that leads up to a private loft with two twin beds. This is the perfect layout for multiple couples as well as extended adult families or those desiring a suite designated for children (over 5 years of age) and their parents. The gathering spaces are open, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen is generously equipped and the great room offers sectional seating where the group may comfortably converse, or watch television. A large deck runs the full length of the home, facing the water, where you may BBQ and dine al fresco.

For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. Property: This property is located at: XXX Deer Point Rd. Olga, Wa. 98279 The property is furnished and includes, but not limited to: kitchen pantry items, kettle, microwave/convection oven, toaster, cook- and bakeware, blender, iron, dishes, glassware, flatware, bath towels, bed linens, hair dryer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, BBQ, tv with Direct TV, Wi-Fi. The property has central heat and baseboard heating in the bedrooms. 2. If a violation of this rule occurs, an additional charge of $500 per extra person per night will be assessed and all guests will be asked to vacate premises and will forfeit any rental fees and deposits. 3. Terms of the Lease: The lease begins at 4pm on _______________________ (the “Check-in date”) and ends at 10am_____________ _____ (the “Check-out date”). a. The house is located in a rural area. In such a setting, one may find local wildlife. Please keep doors (screen, wood, or glass) closed when you are not in the house to keep wildlife outside. b. Guest acknowledges and understands that the property also has neighbors. Guest agrees not to disturb the peace and enjoyment of neighbors and their guests. Quiet hours should be observed between9:30pm and 9:00 am. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise and/or music, as well as offensive language and/or behavior. c. Driveway speed limit is 5 mph. d. Outdoor Amplified sound is prohibited at all times. e. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed in the house or on the property. f. There is a propane BBQ on the deck that may be used. There are no campfires allowed on the property due to the high fire danger. g. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. If additional people visit during day and evening hours, there must not be more than 8 people total. h. The Homeowners and Property Manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Property Managers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment or others whom they invite to use the premises. Guests agree to: - Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. - A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted at the property. - Guests are financially responsible for any property damage beyond normal wear and tear caused by the guest(s) during their stay. 4. Events/Parties: Property use is not permitted for special events. This includes but is not limited to special events, outdoor events, lawn parties, weddings or similar activities. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to host any type of event or party of any size at the property. If a violation of this rule occurs, an additional charge of $1,000 will be assessed and all guests will be asked to vacate premises and will forfeit any rental fees or deposits. 5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit any bath towels or linens to be taken from the premises. 6. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner or owners’ agents or employees property access for yard and orchard maintenance. Workers may enter the property between 9am and 5pm daily for yard work or hot tub maintenance (Workers will not enter the dwelling unit. 7. Trash collection: property maintenance staff will retrieve garbage after guests leave. Please sort garbage and recycling into the two clearly marked containers. 8. Fireplaces: The fireplaces are NOT usable. 9. Rental Rate and Fees All rental fees including tax, cleaning fee, insurance fee and/or security deposit, pet fee, and nightly rental fee are due prior to check-in according to the payment requirements of the rental platform on which the reservation was made. 10. Pets. Pets are NOT allowed on the property. 11. Damage Deposit: If a damage deposit is made, it will be refunded in accordance with the service through which the reservation was made, provided no deductions are made due to: i.Damage to the property or furnishings ii.Dirt or other mess than requires excessive cleaning iii.Any other cost incurred by the Homeowners due to the Guest’s stay beyond normal wear and tear. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, Guest shall inform the Property Manager immediately.
