We had a lovely stay and enjoyed how spacious and comfortable the home was. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the layout of the home was appreciated with the bedrooms separated from the living room and kitchen/dining area; the backyard was very private and inviting; and the neighborhood very quiet & peaceful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Sonoma area, as the location was terrific for day trips and we also enjoyed exploring Sonoma. The Guest Guide also provided wonderful suggestions for wonderful places to eat and visit. Thank you for sharing your home!

We really enjoyed our stay. Larry was a great host. From the moment we booked he reached out to share information about the area and to let us know that he was available for any questions. Whenever we reached out he responded quickly and was helpful. He was also very clear on check in and check out instructions. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and playing pickleball. The location was a great home base for us to explore both downtown Sonoma and Napa.

Great studio in the heart of downtown Sonoma! One of the best guide books I have ever experienced in a rental! Walking distance to the best restaurants and the whole downtown experience. Everything was clean and comfortable!

Great location if looking for a place to get away but also have easy access to Sonoma Square, wineries, good hiking, grocery store, etc. House is in a beautiful setting, was clean, and comfortably housed three couples traveling together for the weekend. We’d go back!

Really convenient and quiet location, less than 10min to Eastsound. Appreciated the big open space on the main floor, king size bed, comfy couch and functional kitchen. Hot tub was ready to go and super clean. And the walk down to the little nearby beach was a nice leg-stretcher for the dogs.

Lawerence's listing was exactly what my group was looking for! So many activities - pickleball, fire pit, jacuzzi, and bbq for all to enjoy. Extremely comfortable and spacious rooms for our group! Would definitely come back!!

This was a fantastic place to use as home base for enjoying wine country. There are plenty of great restaurants, shops, cafes, and grocery options to enjoy within easy walking distance. There is even an easy 3 mile hike just down the street a few blocks. The host was very quick to respond. Finding the location is easy, parking is super close, entering was easy. The bed was comfortable, the shower and bathroom were excellent and clean. Please note the kitchen does not have a stove/oven, but there is a microwave and fridge, as well as a cute little dining table perfect for eating take-out. If Sonoma is where you'd like to spend some time, this is the spot.

Celebrating our daughter’s birthday here was perfection!! From gathering at the table with the gorgeous view, cooking in the beautiful well appointed kitchen, congregating on the comfy couches watching movies, to making s’mores at the fire table, the house made our trip & her birthday magical!! And we didn’t even use all the fabulous amenities. Next time pickleball for sure! Our host Larry was wonderful and so helpful when I had questions and the location was so lovely & relaxing! Stunning sunrise & sunset views! We will definitely be back!!

What a lovely house and location! Views of the sound you can see while relaxing in the hot tub. A perfect kitchen for making meals. Cozy rooms with comfortable beds. Would definitely return!
