This idyllic countryside home is situated in the historic neighborhood of Sonoma Valley called Schellville and within the Carneros wine region. You’re within minutes to world class vineyards and after a day of wine tasting -play pickle ball on our private court followed by a dip in the pool, or a soak in the hot tub. Cook on our luxe outdoor grill, and dine al fresco on our back patio. We require a signed rental agreement prior to check-in.

The pool is heated in winter (November- April) by request only. There is an additional fee of $100/night for pool heat during these months.

This includes but is not limited to excessive noise and/or music, as well as offensive language and/or behavior, and raised voices outside the house. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house or on the entire property due to HIGH FIRE DANGER. Smoking on the property may result in a $1000 penalty and immediate eviction. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest. The owners are not responsible for any accidents and injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment or others whom they invite to use the premises. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. A maximum of 3 vehicles are permitted at the property. Events/Parties: Property use is not permitted for special events. This includes but is not limited to special events, outdoor events, lawn parties, weddings or similar activities. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to host any type of event or party of any size at theproperty. If a violation of this rule occurs, an additional charge of $5,000 will be assessed and all guests will be asked to vacate premises and will forfeit any rental fees or deposits. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, pool and bathtowels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or any other improper material have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for damages including, but not limited to, the cost of the service call for the plumber or the septic system. Access: Guests shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Rental Rate and Fees: All rental fees including tax, cleaning fee, insurance fee, and nightly rental fee is due no less than 60 days prior to check-in, unless reservation is made less than 60 days before arrival in which case all fees are due at the time the reservation is made. Pets: This is a pet free property. If guests bring a pet without permission, the pet fee will be $1,000 billed to the guest. DamageDeposit: If a damage deposit is made, it will be refunded in accordance with the service through which the reservation was made, provided no deductions are made due to: Damage to the property or furnishings Dirt or other mess that requires excessive cleaning. Any other cost incurred by the Homeowners due to the Guest’s stay beyond normal wear and tear. Violation of the Sonoma county vacation rental noise ordinance resulting in neighbor complaints between the hours of 10pm-7am or any violation of rental rules. If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately. If Guest fails to do so within 24 hours or check-in, Guest will be responsible for all damages and excessive cleaning charges prior to their stay. Cancellation Policy: To protect both guest and host due to the uncertainty of travel due to illnesses like coronavirus and other unforeseen occurrences, we strongly urge all guests to purchase travel insurance, otherwise the stated cancellation policy on Airbnb or VRBO applies. We really enjoyed our stay. Larry was a great host. From the moment we booked he reached out to share information about the area and to let us know that he was available for any questions. Whenever we reached out he responded quickly and was helpful. He was also very clear on check in and check out instructions. We particularly enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and playing pickleball. The location was a great home base for us to explore both downtown Sonoma and Napa.

Great location if looking for a place to get away but also have easy access to Sonoma Square, wineries, good hiking, grocery store, etc. House is in a beautiful setting, was clean, and comfortably housed three couples traveling together for the weekend. We’d go back!

Celebrating our daughter’s birthday here was perfection!! From gathering at the table with the gorgeous view, cooking in the beautiful well appointed kitchen, congregating on the comfy couches watching movies, to making s’mores at the fire table, the house made our trip & her birthday magical!! And we didn’t even use all the fabulous amenities. Next time pickleball for sure! Our host Larry was wonderful and so helpful when I had questions and the location was so lovely & relaxing! Stunning sunrise & sunset views! We will definitely be back!!

We had reserved this residence with 3 couples to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays in wine country. The description of this property is spot on in the middle of Sonoma. The property was great with several amenities. Despite it being early December and much cooler, we did not take advantage of everything there, however all of us felt we would come back during warmer months and stay here. It was simply a great home.

We had an early Thanksgiving at this terrific house with our adult children. The layout of the house was perfect – a well-appointed kitchen that is open to both one of the living rooms and the large dining room table lent itself to good food, conversation and fun with no one being left out. Outdoor accommodations were also great – a bit cool for a dip in the pool, but daily morning pickleball battles, the hot tub, grill and seating around a fire pit/table made for outdoor fun. Close to the wineries and, importantly to us, a reasonable distance to Bouchon Bakery! Highly recommend!
