Located in the heart of the Rosario Resort area, just a few minutes from spectacular Moran State Park and exceptional hiking, this 2 bedroom condo offers ocean front views, water access, and all the comforts of home. Both bedrooms have their own oceanfront balcony, with a 3rd balcony off the living room. Just a 10 minute drive to town, you can explore all that Orcas Island has to offer from your centrally located home base. Signed rental agreement required. $100 first pet, $50 2nd pet

Good to know

Two bedrooms, one with a king, the other has 2 queen beds. Both rooms feature en suite bathrooms with dual sink vanities and tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the spacious living room with an ocean view and oceanfront balcony. It also has a propane fire place and smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows. The perfect home base to explore Orcas Island.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is that of the Rosario Resort, which includes a marina, seaplane dock, and restaurant (the restaurant is currently 2024 - closed for renovations). Just minutes away is beautiful Moran State with hundreds of miles of incredible hiking trails, both easy and difficult, as well as several freshwater lakes that offer great swimming and (Cascade lake) boating and fishing.

This was the perfect home base for our adventure. The space felt large and inviting. The decor was coastal inspired and we had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves on the Island again in the near future.

Jordan's condo couldn't be better! The views are really spectacular! We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets! The condo is comfortable and roomy and spotless. The king bed -perfect, not too hard or soft and nice linens as well. Kitchen was roomy and really had everything one could need for their stay. I like to cook and was very happy to have sharp knives to use. The pantry had some spices, baking goods, oils and vinegar- really enough so one didn't need to shop and really much better stocked than other rentals we've been to. I was surpised at the foil, saran, paper towels and storage containers provided! The Bathrooms had plenty of soft, nice towels, and plenty of TP. Our only wish was for Kleenex. The condo has 5 short steps down to the front door from the parking area but they were very short and not a problem. Really easy steps. Jordan and Larry checked in to make sure we were happy a few times, very responsive people. We would stay again in a heartbeat! We will!
