Good to know

Our home has a beautiful open feeling with 4 skylights, an open floor plan, 2 working fireplaces, and an additional 250 sq feet of outdoor space on our back deck which face west and get sun all day. With a private swimming pool, hot tub, a fire pit, 7 bikes, propane BBQ, hammock, ping pong table and lounge chairs, guest bath robes, and a complimentary bottle of Sonoma-grown wine, we pamper our guests. The hardest part of being here is choosing how you want to enjoy yourself. There are 3 private bedrooms, and a king bed in the front living room (we have two living rooms - see photos and floor plan). Enjoy fresh plums from our plum tree (June), Or grapes picked from our vines (August). So kick back, relax and enjoy the best Sonoma has to offer. Great mid-week discounts, too! Note: Sonoma average day time temperature in the summer is 85 degrees. Our central AC will maintain a comfortable 68-72 degree range. On rare occasions, temperatures can top 100 degrees. In those circumstances, the house may be as warm as 78-80 degrees for several hours in the late afternoon and early evening, as the AC cannot keep up with those higher-than-normal temps. But we have additional window AC units you can turn on. House rules

Our insurance company requires that we have a signed rental agreement from the person renting our home. We will send you the agreement after you have booked. You can also read the agreement here before booking. Please be respectful of our neighbors and our quiet peaceful neighborhood. No parties and quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am That means no outside noise after 10pm. Please move inside by 9:30pm. This is strictly enforced by us, our neighbors, Sonoma county, and the Sheriff. No amplified music outside at any time. Pets considered with an additional fee. Late check-out without permission: $100 for first hour or any portion thereof, $200 for each additional hour after that. No smoking anywhere on the property (inside and outside) $200 per incident of smoking. Bike to nearby wineries, and to town from this quiet setting down a dead-end street. Wander the picturesque single-lane roads with cottages from the days when San Franciscans came to take the healing waters of Agua Caliente and Fetters Hot Springs.

Besides all the features described above, we also have a propane BBQ, 7 bicycles, wifi, and over 200 classic VHR/DVD movies to choose from for a cozy movie night. For those chilly Sonoma evenings, light one of our two wood-burning fireplaces. Almost forgot! We have a Keurig Coffee Maker stocked with a variety of coffees. Or use our drip coffee maker if you prefer. A pound of delicious Peet's coffee is included.

Find us

There is bus service into Sonoma, but it run infrequently. You can drive, take a cab/uber, ride one of the six bicycles we provide, or ride with one of the many wine tour services in the valley. We are 2.5 miles to downtown - 10-15 minutes by car, 20-30 minutes by bike.
